Q: What is my User Name?
A: Your User Name is your 5- or 6-digit LabCorp Employee ID. If you do not know your Employee ID, you will need to contact your supervisor.
Q: What is my "default Password"?
A:Your default Password is a combination of your six-digit, numerical date of birth (mmddyy) and the last four digits of your Social Security number. For example, if your date of birth is April 3, 1970, and your Social Security number is 123-45-6789, your default Password would be 0403706789.
Q: I forgot my Password. What do I do?
A: Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the mylabcorp.com login screen. You'll be asked to enter your User Name. After entering your User Name, the site will ask you a security question for example, "What's your pet's name?" If you answer the question correctly, your Password will be reset to your six-digit birth date (mmddyy) and the last four numbers of your Social Security number. The next time you login, you must change your Password. If you don't answer the security question correctly, you will not gain access to the site, and you will need to contact the IT Service Desk to reset your Password. Q: I am trying to reset my Password by entering my answer to the security question, but I am told "You did not answer correctly." Why is this?
A: The answer to the security question is NOT case-sensitive. If you were asked "What's your pet's name?" and originally entered "Mr. Whiskers," you may use "mr. whiskers" or "MR. WHISKERS" - either will work.
Q: If I forget my Password, can I keep trying to login until I get it right?
A: No. After three unsuccessful login attempts your account will be disabled. Once this happens, you may attempt to reset your Password to your default Password by answering your security question. You may have to contact the IT Service Desk to have your account re-activated and your Password reset.
